    We recently engaged Paul Vermaak to lease our small industrial unit in Beach Haven - he was kind enough to meet us within one hour of our initial phone call to him.
    We found him to be very professional in advising us on the rental and a proposed marketing plan. He was able to measure the building immediately and hence able to advise on the appropriate rental. The communication that subsequently followed from Paul was outstanding, we were constantly updated on interested parties that had contacted him and Paul managed to get a signed contract in a relatively short period of time with a rental we are very happy with.
    We would recommend Paul and will certainly contact him in the future should we need to lease further buildings. He has been a pleasure to work with.

  • Paul has been involved in the negotiation of sales, leases and developments of industrial properties from small units used for storage or manufacturing, to units of over 10,000 m2. In 1991 when Paul first became involved in industrial property and had to remove his tie, roll up his sleeves and don a hardhat, he knew this was the industry he’d enjoy the most. Finding prime space for industrialists to run their businesses profitably has been Paul’s primary aim.

  • Paul has coached over 300 business managers in Project Management, he has lectured at tertiary level and continues to punt Project Management as the key driver for change in any organisation..

  • Networking is key to the success of any business and Paul is a member of the North Harbour Club, and is also a business mentor for Business mentors New Zealand.  Perhaps his most effective network has been other real estate agenets and brokers, both in Barfoot & Thompson and other companies.
